It is a cooperative project in partnership with Tsinghua University and Times Honor International Edu-Tech Co., Ltd. It provides e-learning curriculum for university and secondary school students, helping them to learn career planning skills and workplace working skills, so as to improve their employability and facilitate their smooth transfer from school to work.

　　Targeting at undergraduates, MBA and junior college students, several packages of e-learning courses for pre-career education have been developed. By collecting successful experiences and lectures of career development advisers, this project independently designed and compiled a core curriculum consisting of more than 50 models, covering all phases of pre-career education including career planning, employment policy analysis, industry analysis, professional qualification development, interview skills, business start-up. These coursed are delivered by intranet platform that can be updated continuously. Students can learn these courses by online learning, model interview, on-line consultancy or download teaching materials, etc. Up to now, this project has been introduced to nearly 200 universities, including Peking University, Fudan University and so on, and reached 4 million university students.
