The All-China Youth Federation and the Youth Employment Network jointly held the International Forum on Youth Employment and Harmonious Society & Fourth Meeting of the High-Level Panel of the Secretary-General's Youth Employment Network in Beijing from 20-21 May 2005.

　　This event was attended by more than 100 participants, including YEN High-level Panel members, Partners' representatives and Youth Consultative Group members, as well as Chinese participants from government, business community and youth organizations.

　　During the meetings, the YEN Office China was officially launched. Two projects, i.e. Youth Business China and On-line Classroom for Career Development, were named as YEN Office China Accredited Programs.

　　This event was highly recognized by the YEN and international community and was regarded as one of the most important meetings held in time at the key point that would decide the future development direction of the Youth Employment Network.
