Youth Employment Network Office China was officially established on 20 May 2005. It is a partnership between All-China Youth Federation (ACYF) and Youth Employment Network (YEN - United Nations, World Bank and International Labor Organization). Its goal is to pursue the common goal agreed to by Heads of State and Government at the Millennium Summit to 'develop and implement strategies that give young people everywhere a real chance to find decent and productive work', and to promote international exchange and cooperation on youth employment issues.

　　In the past one year, the YEN Office China strived to develop and consolidate the YEN-ACYF partnership, to promote the dissemination and implementation of YEN's strategies and guidelines in China and conducted effectively exchange and cooperation with organizations and constituencies engaging in youth employment home and abroad.
