Brief Introduction |

| |
|
| Caroline, a ten-year-old Montreal girl, is visiting her father on the set of a film shooting at a medieval Austrian castle, when the special effects concocted by old Otto suddenly begin to go awry. Caroline smells sabotage and decides to investigate. With the help of Jakob, an Austrian boy of her own age is hanging around watching the film production with great interest. Caroline finds the guilty party: the ghosts of five nuns walled up alive in the castle many centuries ago for the crime of having danced at night…The basic theme of the film is tolerance for 'others', the possibility of co-existing with people who are different. |
